Buying Guidelines

Below are important buying guidelines you need to know before submitting your orders. This is an excerpt of our Terms and Conditions for easier reference. The complete version of our T&C, as well as Refund/Returns Policy are accessible via the link at the bottom of this page. 

All items are guaranteed authentic.

All PVC orders will be fulfilled with items on MISB (Mint in Sealed Box) condition unless otherwise stated.

Resin statues will be fulfilled on MIB (Mint in Box) condition. Statue will be inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality.

Downpayment is needed to secure a slot using any of our available payment methods. Strictly no confirmed downpayment no reservation policy is followed. 

Full price will be indicated upon checkout but only the minimum downpayment is required to send to confirm reservation of item. The remaining balance will be payable once items are onhand.

Once payment is made, buyer should immediately provide a screenshot or picture of the payment via messenger or email so payment can be validated. Only payments that cleared our account is considered valid. Payment confirmation email will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.

Downpayment is deductible from the total PreOrder price published. The remaining balance is payable upon item arrival.

Orders with confirmed downpayment are considered final. Order cancellation or item exchange will no longer be entertained.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) published on Pre-Order offers came from the Manufacturer and may change without prior notice. We are not liable for any early arrivals or delays on released dates.

Downpayment is non-refundable in case the buyer change his/her mind.

New arrivals will be posted in our social media platforms and buyers will be notified via any of the following methods: email, text, or messenger. No response from any of our messages through these channels will mean the buyer received the sent notices.

Remaining balance should be settled within 10 days upon arrival of order.  Failure to do so will mean order is cancelled, and downpayment will be forfeited automatically. Item will be made available for sale to other buyers.

In the event of supply shortage, orders will be fulfilled based on the time stamp downpayment was confirmed. Buyers who were able to settle the downpayment first will be given priority.

ONHAND FIGURES

Items tagged as ONHAND are available in our warehouse for shipping anytime.

Actual picture of the items is posted.

Order will be automatically cancelled and items will be made available for sale to other buyers if payment is not received within 2 days.

Only payments that cleared our account is considered valid.

SHIPPING

We are utilizing third party courier services to deliver your orders:

• Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy, or other similar couriers - buyer to book once pickup schedule has been confirmed. 
• JRS Express - shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer and rate will be based on ongoing rate and can be calculated depending on location, package size, and weight.
• LBC Express COP - order will be shipped upon full payment of the item. Only the shipping fee is payable at the branch upon pickup.
• LBC Express COD - order will be shipped upon full payment of the item. Only the shipping fee is payable to the rider upon door to door delivery.

Shipping Schedule 

• We offer same day pickup via Lalamove, Grab, Mr Speedy, or similar couriers if payment is confirmed on or before 11:00 AM. Any orders processed after the said time will be available for pick-up the next day.
• LBC and JRS Express shipping is done once a week (Saturday or Monday). Schedule may vary without prior notice.
• Estimated time of delivery is dependent on ETA published or declared by the third party courier. 

Shipping Condition

Orders are packed with due diligence and shipped in mint condition. Items are protected with bubblewrap, inside an improvised box, and labelled as Fragile. For pickup by riders, part of our Standard Process is to remind the rider to handle the item with care. Additional packaging requests may entail additional charges to be shouldered by the buyer.

We no longer have control over the shipping process once order is surrendered to the courier and are therefore free from any liability such as, but not limited to:

• Damage caused due to courier mishandling.
• Missed shipped items as a result of incorrect shipping details, buyer’s unavailability at the time of delivery, or buyer’s inability to pick up the package at the courier branch.
• Return items due to failed or no notification from the courier.

By utilizing third party couriers mentioned above, the buyer acknowledges that this is done at the buyer’s own risk.

Tracking number will be provided to the buyer after shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the status of the order using the tracking number provided.
